I am a freind of your father’s Josh and I think it is wonderful to see generational businesses. Business as well as slicing becomes an art with experience as well as genetics. Congratulations are part of this presentation.

I was watching Martha Stewart on 3/24/09 and was showed a recipe with the white fish/salmon etc. They said they ship all these ingredients throughout USA. How do I order? It looked really good. I did get the recipe but, would like it just sent to me.
